contribution. Designed by Domum, this 700 sq ft ADU features two bedrooms, one bath, and a spacious walk-in closet. SA led the design coordination with Domum, MEP consultants, and structural engineers to ensure a cohesive and energy-compliant design. As an energy efficiency consultant, confirmed the project’s compliance with Title 24 standards. Our team supported the off-site manufacturing process, addressing Requests for Information (RFIs) and guiding the production team to ensure seamless execution. During installation, SA conducted site visits to assist with final touch-ups and close-out, allowing for a timely and efficient project completion with the city and client.
