SA provided comprehensive design coordination with Domum, MEP consultants, and structural engineers, ensuring the unit’s compliance with Title 24 energy standards. We supported off-site manufacturing, addressing RFIs and collaborating closely with the production team to maintain quality control. Our team conducted on-site visits during installation, enabling guided touch-ups and a streamlined close-out process, delivering a fully approved ADU for the client.
